1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the TracFi website (tracfi.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Workspace Ownership & Membership Rules
TracFi offers multi-tenant workspace environments with specific architectural rules:
- Couple Workspaces: Couple workspaces permit a maximum of 2 active members (Owner and Partner). Once a second member accepts an invitation, invitation options are automatically restricted for security.
- Data Transfer Policy on Workspace Removal: If a partner or member is removed from a shared Couple or Family workspace by the workspace owner, all personal financial entries, savings vaults, precious metal records, categories, and goals belonging to that member will automatically transfer back to their private Personal Workspace.
3. User Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and 2FA OTP codes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Financial Disclaimer
TracFi provides personal financial software, analytics, and calculators for organizational and planning purposes only. TracFi does not provide licensed tax, legal, or investment advice.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
